Chris Canale

Founder & Owner

Chris Canale has spent nearly three decades as an accomplished executive in the real estate and construction industries in both the residential and commercial markets. He has served as a member of the Pennsylvania Apartment Association and a Technology Advisor to Ben Franklin Technology Council.

In 2017, Chris officially placed his efforts into the growth of OSR Builders historic restoration and distinctive home remodeling. His vision in designing and building unique living environments separates OSR Builders from the rest.

Along with his contracting responsibilities, he has spent the better part of this decade in local community government in Chester County, serving as the Chairman of the Board of East Vincent Township as well as Commissioner of the Planning Commission and Councilman on the Environmental Advisory Council.

He is LEED Certified in Sustainable Building by US Green Building Council and is a licensed and insured Pennsylvania and New Jersey General Contractor. Chris also currently serves as an Executive Member of the Board of Trustees and Treasurer for Renaissance Academy Charter School in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania.

Chris Meshon

Project Manager

Chris Meshon has always had a passion for woodwork and construction. From day one of joining OSR, he has been an ardent student of the industry, learning the discipline and sharing Chris Canale’s eye for detail and function.

Prior to joining OSR Builders he had worked for a Mainline company and was responsible for building the kitchen sets for QVC as well as designing office space for business expansions. With his background in meeting deadlines, project design and overseeing projects to completion, he has become a very important asset to OSR Builders
